Coffee Roaster
Land & Water Coffee
Our house beans come from these local roasters, who source thoughtfully and roast in small batches. Every cup we pull starts with their work.
Local Provisions & Café
Windsor’s gathering place on the Town Green — expertly brewed coffee, fresh pastries from regional micro-purveyors, and a curated table of Sonoma County goods.

On the Town Green
We opened the doors to make one honest thing easy: a warm cup, a real pastry, and a reason to linger with your neighbors.
Open Daily · 7am – 3pm
Grey Squirrel Manor sits right on the Windsor Town Green, where the morning runners, the stroller crowd, and the work-from-anywhere folks all cross paths. We wanted a room that belongs to all of them. Order a coffee, claim a chair, stay as long as the day allows.
Everything we pour and plate leans on Sonoma County. The coffee is roasted nearby by Land & Water, the pastries come from small regional bakers who still do it by hand, and the shelves carry seasonal goods from makers we actually know. Curated, not crowded.
Call it a café with a shopkeeper’s heart. The squirrel on our sign hoards acorns; we hoard the good local stuff and hand it right back to you.
Come for the coffee. Stay because it feels like yours.
Take a Little Home
The good stuff doesn’t have to stay on the Green. Browse our online store or send a gift card to someone who’d appreciate a slow morning.
Whole-bean coffee, local honey and oil, and a rotating shelf of Sonoma County provisions. Shopped from your couch, delivered to your door, chosen by people who actually taste it.
For the friend who runs on coffee, the neighbor who waves every morning, or anyone who deserves a croissant on you. They pick the day; you get the credit.
Better Together
We're a café, but we're also a little stage for the people who grow, roast, bake, and craft around here. Meet a few of the hands behind what you'll find on our shelves.

Bread & Pastry
A small Sebastopol baker turning out laminated croissants and seasonal scones before sunrise. Their morning bun has a quiet following.
Raw Honey
Hives kept along the river yield honey that tastes like the season it was gathered in. Raw, unfiltered, and jarred just up the road.
Ceramics
Hand-thrown mugs and serving pieces from a Healdsburg potter. The kind of cup that makes the coffee taste a little better.
Preserves & Oil
A family orchard putting up small-batch preserves and pressing cold olive oil. Sonoma fruit at its peak, saved for later.
Pantry Goods
A neighbor stocking the kind of salt, chocolate, and pantry finds that turn an ordinary kitchen into a good one.
Maker lineup rotates with the seasons. Names below are a sampling of the kind of local talent we love to spotlight.
