Cotati, CA
A chef-owned Greek kitchen in downtown Cotati, where Istanbul-rooted technique meets California ingredients.
Our story
Named for the crescent moon, Mezzeluna brings authentic Greek cooking to downtown Cotati. Chef and co-founder Ali Çetin grew up in a family of chefs in Istanbul, trained internationally, and completed his culinary studies at Santa Rosa Junior College before opening the restaurant — pairing time-honored Hellenic recipes with the produce and spirit of Sonoma County.
The kitchen leans on the staples of the Greek table — olive oil, feta, fresh herbs, and honey — to build a menu that welcomes everyone. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes sit comfortably alongside the classics, and a short list of Greek wines rounds out the meal.
