About Marla

Marla is the craft bakery and cafe of chef-owner Amy Brown, who spent two decades as a bread baker and pastry chef, most recently running the pastry program at San Francisco's acclaimed Nopa, before opening Marla with her husband and partner Joe Wolf. The name is an acronym of the family members who taught them to cook and bake.

Now in Santa Rosa's historic Railroad Square, Marla's breads, pastries, cookies, tarts, cakes, and croissants reflect that experience and the abundance of where they live, with menus driven by each season and locally grown organic produce, flours, eggs, and butter.
