Our story
An owner-run shop that does the work itself
California State Insulation & General Contractor has been a fixture in Santa Rosa since 2001. Owner Alvaro Beltran built the business one job at a time, holding both an Insulation & Acoustical and a General Building license — so the same shop can insulate a home and handle the framing, plaster, drywall, and concrete around it.
From single-family retrofits to commercial projects, the work has ranged from small repairs to builds north of half a million dollars. It's a hands-on operation: when you call, you're talking to the people who'll actually be on the job, not a call center.
