John Owens Services has been a local, family-run fixture in the North Bay since 1986. Over 40 years the team has grown to three offices — Santa Rosa, Petaluma and San Rafael — while keeping the same straightforward promise: fix what can be fixed, and only recommend a replacement when it truly makes sense.
That repair-first philosophy, backed by five trade licenses covering plumbing, radiant heating, HVAC, electrical and general building, is why homeowners across Sonoma and Marin keep calling back.
