What we build

One licensed crew, the whole job.

A Class B general-building license means Grech can carry a project end to end — framing, electrical, plumbing, concrete and finish — instead of handing you off to a string of subs.

01

Custom decks & outdoor living

Composite and wood decks, multi-level builds, stairs, picture-frame detailing and stainless cable railing — the work the crew is best known for.

02

Kitchen & bath remodels

Full kitchen and bathroom remodels — cabinetry, islands, tile showers and surrounds, vanities, fixtures and finish carpentry.

03

Structural & dry-rot repair

Exterior-wall leak diagnosis, dry-rot restoration, framing and structural upgrades — finding the real problem and rebuilding it sound.

04

Additions & ADUs

Home additions and accessory dwelling units, built code-compliant from the slab and framing through the final walk-through.

05

Siding, windows & doors

New siding, window and door replacement, fascia and trim — tightening up the exterior envelope and the curb appeal at once.

06

Concrete & flatwork

Slabs, paver walkways, patios and barn pads — clean flatwork that gives the rest of the build something solid to sit on.

How a job runs

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. 00

    Walk the site

Patrick comes out, looks at the actual job, and listens to what you're after — no call-center, no guesswork from a photo.

  2. 01

    Clear written bid

A straight, itemized estimate with the scope spelled out. You know what's included and what it costs before anyone swings a hammer.

  3. 02

    Build it clean

One licensed crew runs the job — framing through finish — keeping the site tidy and keeping you in the loop as it moves.

  4. 03

    Walk it together

We finish the punch list with you on the day, not weeks later. You sign off when it's right, not before.

The family behind it

The name on the truck is the name on the job.

Grech Family Construction is exactly that — family-owned and owner-operated. Patrick Grech is hands-on from planning to the final board, skilled across framing, electrical, plumbing, concrete and finish carpentry, and he treats every project like it's his own home.

It's a deliberately small operation built on clear communication, honest pricing and craftsmanship that's meant to last. When you call, you reach the person who'll actually be on your site — and who answers for the work when it's done.

Patrick built a deck for me, and it is a Masterpiece! Professional and personable — I am saving up to have Patrick and his crew do some more work.

Licensed & accountable

Check us before you hire us.

Grech Family Construction holds an active California state contractor's license. We'd rather you verify it yourself than take our word for it — the record is public, and the link below goes straight to it.

  • Class B — General Building. Licensed to run the whole project, not just a trade.
  • Bonded & insured. A contractor's bond and liability coverage stand behind the work.
  • BBB rated A-. Listed and rated by the Better Business Bureau.

Straight talk: the license was issued in Feb 2025. The crew's deck and remodel work speaks for the craft — and the credential is current, clear and yours to verify.
