Retaining Walls
Segmental block, dry-stacked stone and timber walls that hold a slope and shape usable yard — built with the drainage behind them done right.
Retaining walls, flagstone patios, masonry stonework and drainage across Sonoma County & the North Bay. Owner-run by Berto Lomeli Jr. and licensed since 2006 — one crew that grades, builds and plants the whole yard.

Segmental block, dry-stacked stone and timber walls that hold a slope and shape usable yard — built with the drainage behind them done right.
Flagstone, paver and stone patios, walkways and steps — set level and tight so they wear well season after season.
Stone veneer, raised beds, pillars, fire features and water features — natural and quarried stone laid by hand.
French drains, grading and surface drainage that move water away from the house and keep new hardscape from heaving.
Concrete flatwork, footings and slabs, plus demolition, hauling and yard clean-up to clear the site before the build.
Irrigation installation, fences, pergolas and planting to finish the yard — the living side of the same crew's work.
We come out, look at the slope, the drainage and how you want to use the space, and talk through what stone and materials fit.
You get a clear plan and a written estimate — scope, materials and timeline, with no pressure to decide on the spot.
One crew handles demo, grading, drainage and the build — walls, patios and stonework set to last, kept clean as we go.
We finish the planting and finishes, then walk the project with you and make sure it's right before we call it done.
Cascada Landscape is a small, hands-on crew led by Berto Lomeli Jr., working hardscape and masonry across Sonoma County & the North Bay since 2006. The same people who walk your site are the ones laying the stone — so the wall that gets built is the wall that was promised.
We grade, drain, build and plant in one pass. That means the retaining wall has the right base and drainage behind it, the patio sits level, and the yard is finished — not handed off half-done to someone else.
Cascada is a small, owner-run shop. Rather than ask you to trust testimonials you can't verify, we'd rather point you at what's on the public record: an active California contractor's license, 20 years of work you can see in the photos above, and references we're happy to share when you call.
Still not sure about something? Berto Lomeli Jr. is happy to talk it through.
We work throughout Sonoma County & the North Bay, based in Santa Rosa, California. If you're nearby and not sure, give us a call and we'll let you know.
Yes. Cascada is a licensed California contractor — CSLB #1080637. You can verify the license yourself on the state board's site before you ever call us.
Segmental concrete block, dry-stacked and mortared natural stone, and timber walls. We'll recommend what fits your slope, drainage and budget — and we make sure the base and drainage behind the wall are done right.
The whole thing. One crew handles demolition, grading, drainage, the hardscape build, irrigation and planting — so the yard is finished, not handed off half-done.
Call (707) 332-5787 or email xlomelix@yahoo.com. We'll come out, walk the site with you, and put together a written estimate with scope, materials and timeline.
