Coffee is only the start. This corner shop has become a genuine Calistoga landmark — so much so that it's been drawn into the nationally syndicated comic strip Pearls Before Swine again and again since 2016.
Cartoonist Stephan Pastis is a regular, and his original signed storyboards hang right here on the wall. Come for the coffee, stay for the story — and maybe spot yourself in the funny pages.

Every day at 6:30 AM — coffee's on early. We're open until noon Monday through Thursday and until 2:00 PM Friday through Sunday.
Yes — fresh pastries and breakfast bites out of the case. Food is served until 11:30 AM (Mon–Thu) and 1:00 PM (Fri–Sun), while it lasts.
Absolutely. We roast in small batches right here, so you can take a bag of the same coffee we're pouring at the counter home with you.
